You aren’t depending on your career, boss, husband or kids to be or do something, it’s all on you.
My client Cathy came to our coaching session today wanting to know if the happiness she is feeling right now is sustainable. We’ve been working together for just one month and she has already noticed a massive shift.
My answer…yes, of course her happiness is sustainable because she is creating it.
We spent the next 45 minutes breaking down exactly what she was doing to create her happiness. We broke it down little by little until it was no longer mysterious and it felt re-creatable to her in the future.
She doesn’t have to coach with me endlessly to sustain her happiness. She doesn’t have to depend on perfect circumstances. She can fully control her happiness.
