You don’t need more time to create a balanced life.
There are actually other ways.
Needing more time is just your current default.
If you…
Need to get a project finished at work, you stay late.
Need to get away for a little self-care, you schedule some time for yourself and book a massage.
Had a stressful day at work, you ditch your plans and spend some time on the couch watching Netflix with a glass of wine.
That might have worked well before, but staying late or ditching your family isn’t an option you want to take any more.
As long as you continue to think that having more time will create balance, it’ll never happen.
Your brain needs to think of balance differently.
It isn’t about time or a magic schedule where work and family feel “equal”.
It’s about what is going on inside of you (your feelings & thoughts).
