Balance is sort of a catch-all word that feels very unclear to your brain.
So, when someone says they want to feel balanced, I always ask, what do you mean by that?
The most common response:
PRESENT
A balanced life = a present life
As ambitious women, we are always moving from one task to the next just trying to get as much accomplished as humanly possible.
And it gets worse over the holidays.
More things to do. More expectations to manage. More parties to attend or decline. More things to shop for. More groceries to buy. More “got to get it done before vacation” energy.
It leaves many women feeling resentful and exhausted…
And I want to change that.
From Monday, December 6 – Friday, December 24 I am running a challenge: Be Present this Holiday Season.
I want every working mom to prioritize…
✨Laughter and giggles over a clean kitchen
✨Face-to-face conversation instead of picking up the wrapping paper all over the floor
✨Intentionally selected activities they can’t wait to attend instead of an overly packed calendar
✨A glass of wine, roaring fire and festive music instead of an hour of scrolling for the perfect gift
Yes, the holidays can feel spacious and calm NO MATTER how many things you have to do.
The challenge will be found inside the Ambitious and Balanced Working Moms Collective and here’s what is included:
Daily audio teachings (5 minutes or less) focused on one necessary aspect of being present
One 1:1 coaching call with me (to be used before January 31)
Access to my private voice messaging app for daily questions and additional coaching (access through January 31)
One bonus teaching/coaching session
Workbook 1: What It Takes To Live the Present
Workbook 2: Cultivating Everyday Presence
Bonus Workbook: Setting Limits to Technology
Join by Sunday, December 5 @ midnight PT, to be LIVE for this challenge and ensure you create a present and balanced holiday season.
