ambitious & balanced

A 3 month group coaching program for working moms who want to prioritize themselves and their family without sacrificing success at work

(We start September 30!)

You have worked hard in your career and have experienced success, but as your kids get older there just isn’t time to do it all.

You long for…

  • Control over your schedule, where there is room to get your work done, have fun and rest

  • Time in your calendar for yoga and friends, that you don’t schedule over or cancel

  • The capacity to say “Yes, I’ll play!” when your kids are begging for attention after a long workday

  • The energy to connect with your husband beyond “Who’s picking up who from soccer?”

  • The ability to log off and stay off without that nagging feeling of “oh my gosh, I need to get back to them!”

  • The confidence to say “no” even when your boss or team will be disappointed

Bad@ss working mom, I see you and I can help.

I have personally coached 200+ working moms in creating work-life balance and here’s what I found:

In order to create an ambitious (yet balanced) life you need to ruthlessly edit your life down to the things that really matter and let go of the rest.

But for ambitious women, this can feel like failure.

Our culture has taught us that to have-it-all you have to do-it-all, but this only leads to burnout.

So working moms attempt to find work-life balance by…

Sacrificing their family time to meet the demands at work or

Sacrificing their career in order to feel present at home.

But not anymore!

“...TOOLS TO NAVIGATE THROUGH THIS NEW CHAPTER…”

“Like most new moms I was in denial about all the changes that would come my way, thought nothing would change and I could carry on as normal after returning from maternity leave….was I wrong!!! Thankfully Rebecca’s coaching provided me with the tools to navigate through this new chapter in life. I still have a ways to go, but now I know how to get there.” – Brittany Holmes

If you feel like you have to choose between your ambitious career and your life as a mom,

Ambitious and Balanced, is for you.

Because achieving sustainable work-life balance doesn’t need to feel like a mystery.

Ambitious and Balanced is an opportunity for you and your family to be put at the top of your priority list without sacrificing career success.

The truth is, when I spend less time working, I am more productive and feel more successful.

I am ruthless about how I spend my time and only focus on the things that make a big impact.

I feel more in control of my calendar.

I’m able to be distraction-free with my kids.

And I see this with my clients as well.

In Ambitious and Balanced, I will teach you the 3-step process to working less without losing productivity and success.

Rebecca empowered me from the very first conversation. Through our sessions, I not only reconnected with myself by finding my core values and purpose; but I was able to clearly see how limiting beliefs were impacting all areas in my life, and I learned how to change them. As a result, my self-confidence as a working mom increased significantly.

I can teach you how to create work-life balance in less than 3 months.

It’s a simple and repeatable process. The investment? $2000.

(We start September 30!)

Did you just say I can achieve work-life balance and have a PRIORITY-FIRST life in 3 months?

Yes I did! Let me break down the process for you:

Step 1: Clarity

Do you get back to your client by EOD like you promised, or spend focused time with your kiddo tonight? Do you get your 3 priorities done for the day or be available for every spontaneous “Do you have 5 minutes?” meeting?

As an in-demand working mom you always have at least 5 important things that need your attention, but how do you choose without feeling guilty or like you are letting someone down?

At the heart of the Ambitious and Balanced group coaching process is PRIORTY-FIRST decision-making. During the first week, you will make 4 key decisions based on what is most important to you and learn the tools to stick to those decisions no matter what.

You will decide your work hours, kid-focused time, get-sh*t done time and me-time so that all of your priorities are accounted for in your schedule and you are committed to making them happen!

Don’t worry if this sounds like too much to decide. As your coach, I will guide you through every decision so it feels right, based on your life circumstances.

Step 2: Roadmap

Let’s be honest, just because you decide your priorities and make a commitment to them, doesn’t mean you will actually follow through. STICKING to your priorities is the hardest part of creating an ambitious and balanced life.

But I got you.

In the first week of Ambitious and Balanced you will create your unique roadmap that will clearly lay out a path to your priority-first life.

Imagine you just inputted into google maps “ambitious and balanced life”. It is exactly what you have dreamed of: quality time with your family, laughter around the dinner table, restful evenings snuggling with your partner, 8 hours of sleep, time to do yoga or work-out, vacations, doctor’s appointments you don’t skip…all while you maintain success at work.

The map pulls up and it shows your current location, overprioritizing work, and it shows a blue line on what path to take to get from here to there.

This is the unique roadmap you will create for yourself. It will outline:

  1. What your OVERPRIORITIZED WORK life looks like in a systematic way so your brain knows exactly what needs to change.

  2. What your new AMBITIOUS AND BALANCED life looks like so your brain knows the new habits it wants to form.

  3. Exactly what TOOLS, RHYTHMS AND STRATEGIES are necessary to get you from imbalanced to balanced (don’t worry – I will teach you 10+ tools that you will test out over the course of the program to make sure you select the strategies that work for you).

Step 3: Implement & evaluate

In the first week of Ambitious and Balanced you will make all the decisions and feel crystal clear on your plan for creating a priority-first life, and we will spend the rest of our 3 months together implementing your decisions.

You will likely not get it “right” on the first try. You will face many situations that will have you wanting to compromise on your priorities and decisions and I will be there to support and coach you through it.

Every week you will evaluate how successful you were at implementing your decided priorities for the week and come to our weekly call with questions and areas where you need support.

You will implement 2 daily – 10 minute – practices that will help set you up for success so that by the end of our 3 months together your guilt-free work hours, family time and me-time will feel like regular rhythms.

LET’S DO THIS!

+ What are all the dates I need to know?

The group meets from September 30, 2024 – February 4, 2025, but we will not meet over Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years so the group will end up being about 4 months instead of 3.

+ What is Clarity Week?

Clarity Week is the week where you make 4 key decisions on your boundaries and priorities and learn the Ambitious and Balanced process. It will be 5 days with 90-minute calls each day focusing on a specific topic followed by coaching. If you can’t make it LIVE or you will miss a few days, it will be recorded and there will still be ways for you to get coached and supported. The dates are: Sept 30 – Oct 4 from 12pm – 1:30pm ET each day

+ I won’t be able to make all the calls, is this a problem?

The calls will be recorded for anyone that misses one and you can use the group chat to ask questions and get coached between calls, so missing a few will not be a problem.

+ What is the investment?

The investment is $2000 or 4 monthly payments of $500 paid in September, October, November and December.

+ Is there a guarantee?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your progress and you need help, you can send an email and/or bring your concerns to the weekly coaching calls. If you still do not feel like you are making progress and you can prove that you have done the workbooks and daily exercises you can request your money back for a full refund.

+ I am hesitant about joining a group program. Will this program work for me?

The most useful thing to believe is that YOU are in the drivers seat of creating a balanced life where you are a priority. I can't create that for you. Your job can't. It's YOU. The fact that you are choosing to prioritize yourself within a group setting is a huge plus, because you get to journey with other women who are going through the same exact process as you. You will relate to what each of them are feeling and thinking because you are experiencing the same things. You will learn from them and they will learn from you. This will become a small knit community for you. I guarantee the group format will only enhance your coaching experience!

+ Do you offer one-to-one coaching?

Yes. If you are interested in exploring this option, please setup a free call. Fill out a short form & schedule your call here: http://www.rebeccaolsoncoaching.com/book
