Your kids are better because you work

“I don’t want to look back on these years and feel like I missed out on an important time with my young kids because I chose to keep working.”

A working mom recently told me this on a free breakthrough call (if you haven’t scheduled yours, you can do so right here)

What she and so many other working moms fear is REGRET.

They fear getting to their kid’s high school graduation, looking back and saying…

I wish I would have spent more time with them

I wish I was more present

I hope I did enough

To truly experience confidence as a working mom, you have to believe that the time you spend with your kids and how you are raising them is truly ENOUGH.

They can’t be getting the short end of the stick.

You have to KNOW that you are giving them the best possible life you can.

And you have to believe that working is the best thing for them.

This is how you live a life free of working mom regret.

You look at your decision to work and you find all the ways it benefits you and your children.

Of course, there are monetary benefits (they get clothed, fed, after school activities and a college savings account) but look beyond that.

You are their greatest role model. You are teaching them something by working...

You are teaching them to do something they love.

You are teaching them how to tenaciously go after their goals.

You are teaching them that work can be fulfilling.

You are showing them hard work, focus and determination.

You are teaching them how to be a good human that contributes to society in a meaningful way.

And those reasons are worth it, don’t you think?

When you focus your brain on everything they gain because you work, there won't be any room for regret.
