Nicole felt like an imposter in her job. Even though she had been at her company for over a decade, her brain continued to tell her that she wasn’t good enough. She was convinced the only way to manage life as a working mom was to pull back in her career. But in coaching, she learned how to step back from the imposter voice and shift it into something positive. She started naming and believing what made her exceptional as an employee, mom and human and her confidence increased.
