Last week, I turned 38 and this past year has been the best year of my life. Some of the most amazing things happened this year:
I had my first six figure year in my coaching business
I joined a mastermind of coaches and found my tribe
I coached 56 women on how to balance their career while still feeling like amazing moms
I spent 103 days, that’s 2472 hours straight, with my kids during shelter in place (though this has been some of the most difficult parenting moments to date, it has also created lasting memories I will never forget)
My kids turned 3 and 6 and they just keep getting better and better
I was on 5 podcasts - a bucket list item checked off
I traveled to see some friends I haven't seen in years
I could keep going…but these things are not what made this the best year of my life...
It was the best year because I hold the belief that my greatest potential is always ahead of me. That means that every year gets better and better and better.
And because I believe that, it does.
I don’t measure life by outward successes I measure it by internal growth (which inevitably always creates greater outward success).
My belief in myself grew 10x this year.
I feel more grounded in who I am, my purpose in this life and what I want than I ever have been before.
I know I’m exactly where I should be, doing exactly what I am doing.
I know my business will continue to grow. It is inevitable.
Reaching my financial goals is inevitable.
Expanding my impact and creating a movement of change for working moms is inevitable.
My marriage getting better and better is inevitable.
My ability to be present and truly enjoy my kids is inevitable.
My family, traveling around Europe for a few months, is inevitable.
It is the beliefs I hold about myself and my life that make this the best year yet and will make the next one even better.
I created a 2 minute video sharing exactly what I do as a coach and why it matters in this world. This is the legacy I am actively working to achieve, and I want to thank you for being part of it.

This will be the best year yet. I believe that. Do you?
